Hi! I’m Leonor
In my current role as a product designer at Altice Labs, I work closely with Product and Engineering teams to find the solution that best fits the users needs as well as keeps in the brink of technological evolution. In my previous role at Farfetch, I worked on their B2B platform and CRM, collaborating directly with Customer Support teams to optimize interactions for both customers and partners throughout their support journey.
My education background lies in graphic design, which I studied formally and practiced for several years. During my master's thesis, I explored information design and infographics, which greatly influences my approach to product design.
While my education introduced me to interaction design, I've expanded my expertise through additional courses in areas like OOUX, stakeholder management, and HCI. These ongoing learning experiences enhance my ability to deliver impactful solutions that resonate with users.
I’m reading a bit of everything, from fiction to self-development and even psychology books.
In my free time…
I’m either cooking or eating. I’m still a bit scared of baking.
I’m hanging out with my dogs. I love all animals, but my favourites are dogs and cows.
I’m at a concert or music festival. These are the moments where my mind gets empty (in the best way).
